Calthorpe House

The Calthorpe House development consisted of Six storey prestige office block with large flexible open plan floors, and high class design features. The design includes an elegant facility with double height reception atrium in a prime Birmingham location close to a vibrant city centre, designed and built to extremely high specifications with superior finishes throughout.

The build received a BREEAM Excellent rating and sustainable featuresinclude  solar control glass, rainwater harvesting, excellent ventilation and provision for cyclists. 

The project was nominated for the Celebrating Construction awards 2010, Judges commended the quality of design and attention to detail, providing a world class sustainable working environment.
