Paud joined Building Consultancy in 1981 and have over 30 years experience in the construction industry.  He has a wealth of knowledge and experience as a Building Regulation Consultant, and has been a Principle Surveyor responsible for a number of hospital trusts, ie: Heart of England, Sandwell and North West Birmingham in Birmingham. Also projects outside Birmingham ie: Addensbrooke in Cambridge, Walsall Manor and Sandwell General Hospital.

His strengths and attributes are his ability to work with design teams and build managers,
recognising potential issues at an early stage and always endeavours to seek solutions.
